Accommodation providers (advertisers) may list their accommodation and guests may search to find accommodation they wish to book through this website. The booking actually happens directly with the accommodation providers.

Although details will be provided by the advertisers about the swim spot we strongly advise that you do your own research to make sure that it is suitable before booking. The listing of a swim spot does not guarantee its safety, accessibility or suitability for your trip.

The Bluetits are not in anyway responsible for contracts for the supply of accommodation, services or information formed through the website. We are simply an online space for accommodation providers and guests to make contact.

Any contract is between the accommodation provider and the guest(s) and is subject to the terms and conditions which are implied by law or which the accommodation provider and guest(s) agree between themselves or both. The Bluetits is not a party to the contract between the accommodation provider and guest(s) nor is the website liable under the contract.

Complaints or disputes should be dealt with directly with the other party in the transaction. If this needs to be escalated, raise the dispute through the payment provider.
